Save As for Email: Writing your own email templates within Find Your NET network is quite easy. Simply type out any message you would like to use and save them. If you would like to create dynamic templates, you can do so as well. The fields available to you are as follows. For client's first name simply type in . For your company name you can use the key of . Website's web address is , current month is , company's active user's name is and phone number is . Why would you use these dynamic elements instead of typing out the exact string? Well, in case your phone number ever changes, you will only have to update it in one place and never again worry about that again.
Search Priority: is the order in which the companies would show up when searched. For example, if you search our website for Health Spas in the zip code of "10003" and there are six matches. Three of them are free listings, two are featured listings and one is premium. In such case the premium listing would be listed first, followed by the two featured listings ordered by distance (whichever one is closest first), followed by the three free listings. So even though free listing may be the closest location it would not show first if there are either featured or premium listings available.
Select Client for Email: You may email any client who has signed up to be your member or who has provided you with your email address unless they opt out from the email service. Users who have opted out are indicated as such using a crossed out envelope icon on the client's list and are not available in the selection box in the email section of the website.
Select Style and Theme for Email: Find Your Net is providing its clients with high quality email templates. You can preview these emails by clicking the "Preview" button on the bottom of the page. Note that "Preview" button is not available for the "Plain" option of the style, because plain is just that - what you see in the window. Note also that you can send the email from the preview page as well. It is always a good idea to preview the email before sending it out to make sure that the proper elements are loaded. There are also ten color schemes available for each template. Also, each template comes with links to all social media pages that you populate in the website section of the system.
Select Template for Email: There are few email templates available for you to use. Note that these templates come with well populated dynamic email sections such as "services", "appointments", "deals" and "blog". If you want to create your own templates that would load these elements, you simply have to title the templates accordingly. For instance, if you want another appointment template, you can create one and title it "Appointment Reminder 10". This template will then try to find an upcoming appointment for the selected member.
